Brothers is my go-to hair salon. Curtis takes care of my hair; I trust him and he is thoughtful and professional and we share a joke together. A bonus is that I enjoy his passion for fashion - he always wears something sparkly and bold...check out his shoes when you visit and say hi from me. Actually the whole Brothers team make me feel welcome and valued. Lastly and most importantly, all the products are natural and cruelty free which is why I chose to come here in the first place. Enjoy your experience.

All of the hairdresser's at Brothers Marlow are not experienced or confident in cutting and colouring any other type of hair other than very straight European hair, just a warning. I received dirty looks from another stylist when I came in for my appointment and the senior stylist refused to cut my hair because he hadn't cut curly hair before. I recommend extensive retraining for all.
Lovely hair dressers! Carly is lovely and does a fantastic colour, cut and style! As are all the stylists! Nice coffee and hand massage and more reasonably priced than the other local salons! Have recommended lots of friends who have all had a good experience there!
Such lovely ladies who looked after me today! Thank you to Holly and Carly
I arrived for my appointment (on time) and instead of being sat in the window as usual, a member of the team kindly allowed me to sit around the side out of the sun, whilst I waited for my stylist. The stylist was running late (which is fine) but I was informed he would be a further 5 minutes (after Id already waited 20). I was asked if I was ok to wait and if I had to be anywhere by a junior member of the team. I said I did have my partner waiting for me with the dog in the park. Having been sat around the side of the salon I could not only see the stylist but also hear him talking about me with another customer. The words 'Is she having a laugh?' and 'Is he having kittens or something', to which the customer he was discussing me with, felt free to add 'she shouldn't be putting that on you', and his reply was 'he will be waiting a long time'. At that point, after having arrived on time and waited around 25mins for my appointment, I decided I was no longer willing to wait, nor to have my hair coloured by that member of the team. Admittedly, he probably wasn't aware I could hear him talking about me, but I do not believe it to be acceptable. I went to the front desk and asked to rearrange my appointment to a different member of staff.
